Good times with the Inlaws

I've become THAT person. Yes, the person who walks around with my camera.. everywhere I go.. there I am, in your face, clicking away. Bryan and I went to Orlando this past weekend to visit with his family... my new family. We took Jazz up with us, and this was her first time staying the night somewhere other than her home. She got to meet and play with Sam, my nephew's beautiful chow mix. So I clicked away with my camera, catching every moment I could. Here are some of my favorites.

Website coming soon and introducing OBSESSED!

I am SO excited! My husband Bryan is working on a website for me, and it looks HOT!! Hopefully it will be ready soon. It will have all the normal business stuff, including pricing. For now, I hope you are enjoying my blog. I'm enjoying having it. When I get my website, I will still have this blog, and there will even be a tab for it.

Now I would like to introduce a new addition to my blog. Its called Obsessed! Because I have a obsessive personality. When I find something I like, its all I do. Bryan can concur with this statement. But when I find something I love, I want to shout it from the rooftops. So luckily I have a blog.

• I'm not a milk fan. I've been drinking soy milk for the longest time. But now there something even better! Silk is making ALMOND milk, and even better than THAT is VANILLA almond milk. Yummy enough to drink as dessert.

• I'm all about sales!! And Dillards have the mother of all sales last weekend. I saved $186!!! You heard right! Calvin Klien, BCBGMAXAZRIA, and two other fabulous dresses all for $100!! Telling you about it is like reliving it all over again, and I'm getting so excited. You should have seen my in the dressing room. You know the happy dance you do when you know no one is looking? That was me.

• American Idol- Who is watching this season? Like every season, (excluding the David Cook season) I've been disappointed with nearly everyone. This season is no exception. BUT I am obsessed over Crystal Bowersox!!! I love this rocker girl! I love how she is totally her own person, not caring about glaming it up for the camera, and she's there to SING! And singing is the thing she does best. I'll be first in line to get her cd for sure! Andrew Garcia also rocks my socks!!

World, meet Adam. Adam, meet the world!!

There are many cute things in the world. Kittens, puppies, basically any baby animal. But there is nothing, NOTHING more precious than a baby, and no one can deny it. So angelic, innocent and perfect... thats the way God created them! Bryan and I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Adam on his 3rd day of life. Weighing in at less than 5 lbs, little Adam was having trouble staying warm. Swaddled and bundled with a hat that read "little cutie", Adam laid in the arms of his loving parents. I stopped by their home to drop off their pictures from the maternity shoot, shot just days before Regis went into labor. And while I was there, I couldn't resist taking pictures of the newborn. So sorry to Regis and Josh if I was in the way at all! You two are so sweet, and I know for a fact that yall are going to be amazing parents. For the little time I was there, you both already seemed like pros. Here's to a lifetime of love, giggles and memories! Adam, you are very well loved!

Izzy

Running through the park, chasing after her bone, Izzy looks nothing more than a ball of fur blowing in the wind. 5lbs of cute little fur. My friend and nail tech, Lynda and I share stories of our pups and always have the best time when I get my nails done. I always look forward to our visits together. She got Izzy around the same time I got Jazz, so we're going through this puppy thing together. So I got so excited when I got the opportunity to do a shoot with cute little Izzy and Lynda. Let me mention that Lynda is absolutely 100% gorgeous. She was my model during my very first shoot with my mentor, Horatio from Studio Four Photography. And she was faaaantastic! Check out some of her pictures at the very beginning of my blog. So I met up with Lynda and Izzy at the park and captured some of the cutest shots of this lil pup. She is too precious for words, and boy was she HYPER!! So cute though. We had a blast. After the shoot, we went to the dog park, Izzy's very first time playing with other dogs. And let me tell you. She held her own. She managed, in a matter of minutes to become the leader of all the dogs there. She played rough, they played rough back, and she took it! This dog was like super dog out there. Simply amazing, that lil Izzy!

Regis + Josh-- Maternity Shoot

I was super super excited to do this shoot. I love baby bumps, and I love baby details. All those cute little stuffed animals, tiny shoes.. I can't get enough!! And Regis and Josh are both so sweet, I'm so happy for them!! She actually wrote me that she's in labor TODAY!! How exciting!! I can't wait to meet little Adam. He's one lucky baby with two sweet sweet parents! Congratulations guys!!

Momma's got a brand new toy!

I'm so physced!! I just got a new lens.. (and I'm about to get nerdy on you).. AND IT'S SO PRETTY!!! I think I'm in love. It's a Nikon 35mm f/1.8, for those who wants to know. After Bryan and I bought it, I opened it up in the car, taking pictures of Bryan, my shoes in the window, my wedding rings, the radio, steering wheel, you name it. We went to go get sushi and I was so excited about my purchase, I took it in with us. Maybe the waitress thought I was crazy? Who cares, I'm one big happy, nerdy photographer. I took pictures of the water, sushi, hubby... probably about 5 pictures of each. FABULOUS lens. Let me say that again, FABULOUS!! I'm a little too much excited about tomorrow's shoot. It's a maternity shoot, and I can't wait to see how this lens will perform. I'm beaming from ear to ear and I know I won't get any sleep tonight.

Jazz is growing!!

It's really quite incredible. We got Jazz about a month ago. Not even a month, if you want to get technical. She was so cute and little, weighing in at 7lbs. Now, as of Feb 23rd, she has DOUBLED in size! More, actually. She is now 15lbs!! My little girl is growing up so fast. She sleeps inbetween Bryan and I at night, taking up the entire middle, leaving us practically fighting for the ends. If she's doing that at 15lbs, I'm scared to know how she'll be at 40lbs. Yikes! I have a feeling we'll be finding out soon. She's like a little weed. She grows right before my eyes.

Stewart Family Shoot #2

"Se-DON-na-nona-nona-a" was sung to keep cute little Sedona happy and smiling for the camera. How precious is that? Her parents had a whole aray of songs to sing. I really wanted to sing along, but oh yeah.. I'm here to take pictures! And how sweet is her dress? Cute, pink and frilly. LOVE IT!! Haha. I was so happy to meet up with this family again. So adorable and so much fun. I look forward to taking more pics of sweet little Sedona as she grows.
