Brett & Bobbi Jo's Wedding Pictures

The day of Brett & Bobbi Jo's wedding.. well, let's just say it was wet, like flooding kind of wet. What's the worst thing you can think of when you're getting married at the beach? Rain. Lots and lots of rain that wouldn't stop. And my heart broke for them, because they came from West Virginia to have a beach wedding! So the location of the ceremony changed a few times, as they frantically tried to find a new spot. They were lucky that this was a small wedding and they didn't have to move a bunch of guests. So after waiting in our cars to find out what we're doing, and driving to the new ceremony site, we ended up at the Best Man's parent's beach house. Thank God for Tom!! The beach was gorgeous and deserted. Beautiful stormy blue skies and green water. Bobbi Jo looked RADIANT in her wedding dress. Couldn't have been more perfect. Brett sang for her during the ceremony while Tom played the guitar. (Bryan, why didn't YOU sing for me at OUR wedding???) It was BEAUTIFUL and so sweet! Unfortunetly, there was only enough time for the ceremony. They are having a reception when they get back to West Virginia with their friends and family. Right now they are on their honeymoon cruise. When they get back, they are going to get back in their wedding gear (because really, who doesn't want to wear their wedding dress again??) and we'll take more "wedding" pictures. Brett & Bobbi Jo "Engagement" pictures

I'm shaking with excitement over here. Brett and Bobbi Jo are so super fun, and it totally showed in their pictures. Let me tell you a lil about them. They are from West Virginia, and came down to Clearwater to get married. Very small, intimate wedding. But they wanted to do a shoot the day before the wedding too! As soon as I met them, we immediately clicked. Soo sweet! Right away, Bobbi Jo told me about her obsession with American Idol and designer shoes too!! Love her! And their accents, oh my.. I just want to wrap it up in a box and open it when I want to smile. Bobbi Jo said "let me go get my makeup." But what I heard was "let me go get my mikeup". You just don't hear that here!! And oh sweet Brett, sweet sweet Brett. So much fun, I love his laugh.. it's just like mine. Loud and big! And they just love each other so much. They've been dating since Jr. High!! Now that is sweet!! And he said the sweetest thing to me. She was asking what she should do with her hair, and he said "I think her hair is amazing." I let out a small (although it may have been a loud) "aww". Seriously?? You guys melt my heart. Ceremony pics are next and Part Two of Brett & Bobbi Jo. Kristen and baby Adele

I knew Kristen from my old church in New Orleans. She was and still is a very dear friend of mine. When I went back, I got the chance to meet her new addition, Adele (pronounced Ad-el-ee). She was the sweetest, most calm, most loving baby!! Poor thing had a little cold, but what a trooper, she didn't complain at all!! I had a blast seeing an old friend and taking pictures of this sweet and gorgeous family.

Angelle and Beau

I spent the past 10 days in my favorite city, NEW ORLEANS!! I got to see most of my family and friends, 10 days is just not long enough! But I had the best time. I miss it already.

Ok, I have to be honest. I think this may be my favorite shoot yet. Meet my sister, Angelle and her boyfriend, Beau. When she heard I was coming to town, she told me she wanted pictures of her and Beau, and I was totally for it!! Seriously, I have two of the best, funniest and most gorgeous sisters on the planet. They are both so photogenic and FUN!! So I knew this shoot was going to be a blast.
Beau is from the sticks of Raceland, LA. His grandpa has this amazing cow field as his backyard. As soon as I saw it, I knew that's where we HAD to do our shoot. Avoid the gigantic cow patties, semi freak out when the cows started walking towards us... but this field was PERFECT!
